The Altitude Room
Rise Above The Noise
Reclaim Your Inner Compass
This isn’t just coaching — it’s a living, co-creative process that meets you exactly where you are.
Here you find your bearings — begin to trust yourself again and move forward from deep knowing — clearer, calmer, more confident and more alive.
Unconventional, yet grounded in evidence, this is not about self-improvement; it’s about self-reclamation.
The Journey
When you’re standing at a threshold — exhausted by all the doing — you don’t need more noise.
Instead — a space that welcomes all of you: your sharp mind, and tender heart — your doubts, dreams, pain, and joy.
A place where change unfolds through alignment, not pressure. No masks. No performance. Just presence, intelligence, and truth.
Altitude is both a physical and inner state. As you rise, the air clears. The mind quiets. Patterns emerge. Clarity returns.
In that stillness, insights arise — through the body as much as the mind — and your whole intelligence moves back into harmony.
Here, in the in-between you’re navigating, your complexity is met with kindness. Your high standards and lived wisdom are honoured. Root causes come into view. Integration happens in your time, at your pace.
The journey unfolds step by step…

Sometime, change begins quietly - as a soft ache, restlessness, or a sense that the old ways no longer fit. These are often the first signs that a thresholds is near:
The heaviness of grief - the kind that follows loss, change, or endings you didn’t choose.
The flatness of exhaustion, where nothing feels alive.
The disorientation of standing in the messy middle of reinvention.
You’re not alone. Take a moment to reflect.
-
A space to exhale and hear myself again
A space without pressure
A space where I don’t have to hold it all together
A space where I can stop pretending I’ve got it all figured out
A space to sort through what’s shifting inside me
I feel well-supported where I am
-
A quiet restlessness I can’t fully understand
A sense of change I can’t yet name
A sense that something is ending
A hunger for more aliveness, beauty, or truth
A feeling of steadiness for now
-
I try to push forward and make things happen
I pause — but don’t always know what’s right
I tighten my grip and try to control everything
I retreat or freeze, hoping clarity comes
I analyse every scenario and research it
I talk to friends or colleagues for guidance
I trust the process and follow my rhythm
-
I feel a pull forward — a mix of excitement and unease
I feel a weight in my chest
I feel a tired ache in my body
I feel tension in my shoulders, neck, or get headaches
I feel unsettled — like standing at the edge
I go a bit numb or shut down
I don’t really know
I feel calm and grounded
-
It’s whispering — I can sense it, even if faintly
It’s buried under noise and expectations
I sense it, but override it with busyness
It’s silent — I’ve lost touch with it
It feels strong and steady

If your answers point to restlessness, uncertainty, or quiet longing, you may be standing at an inner threshold—not a problem to solve, but an opportunity, an invitation.
This is fertile ground where transformation begins.
Take a breath. Notice what arises. And let yourself explore.
The Scaffold ~ 5 Phases & Impact
-
Gently release overwhelm so you can hear and feel yourself.
Outcome: Relief, inner spaciousness, the sense your truth.
Impact:
You stop waking up in mental overdrive. Morning energy is no longer hijacked by endless mental loops or numbness.
In meetings, you can focus fully, instead of secretly firefighting internal noise.
You catch yourself earlier when stress starts spiralling, and regulate within minutes, not hours.
Your thinking becomes sharper and more strategic, because you’re not trying to operate through fog.
-
Reclaim trust in your unique rhythm and sensitivity.
Outcome: A grounded yes, self-trust, inner congruence.
Impact:
You make faster, cleaner decisions — without second-guessing or seeking external validation.
Boundaries become clear and consistent, so your time isn’t constantly pulled off course.
When unexpected pressure hits, your energy stays stable — you respond rather than react.
People around you experience you as steady and clear, not tense or overextended.
-
See your life with compassionate clarity and integrate what shaped you.
Outcome: Self-compassion, wholeness, newfound insight.
Impact:
You see recurring patterns in your team, projects, and relationships without judgment — which lets you shift them instead of being stuck in them.
You stop carrying everyone’s expectations as your responsibility.
Strategic thinking gets freed from old emotional noise, which makes leadership choices sharper and more courageous.
You feel less performative, more real in how you show up.
-
Turn insights into authentic, aligned steps.
Outcome: Embodied integrity, readiness to act from truth.
Impact:
You cut through overthinking — decisions are anchored in what truly matters to you.
You follow through without pushing yourself to the edge — because your actions are aligned, not forced.
Your leadership presence shifts from performing to leading naturally.
You speak and act with clarity, and compassion even in uncertainty — and others trust you more for it.
-
Anchor your knowing into rhythms and choices that sustain your transformation.
Outcome: Sustainable congruence, expressed clarity, and aliveness.
Impact:
Daily rhythms aligned with values → real integration.
Steady authority without force → lived, not performed.
Energy available for what matters → sustainable leadership and life.

This is coaching evolved — balancing structure and flow, logic and intuition, discipline and grace.
Not transactional goal-achievement or performance improvement, but a living, co-creative process — an evolution in how you meet yourself and the world. This is not therapy. My work is grounded in professional coaching ethics (EMCC Code of Ethics) and in evidence-based, trauma-informed practice — held in a spacious, threshold-oriented way.
What happens in the Altitude Room is coaching that breathes — human, embodied, and real.
-
Each session is a pause — to explore and discover.
We meet in presence, and work with what’s here:
your body’s signals, your thoughts, your emotions, your questions. There may be stillness or movement. There may be laughter, or silence.
We might use conversation, somatic practices, inquiry, or quiet integration.
We might go to the beach or for a hike.Everything is co-created — nothing is forced.
You bring your lived experience; I bring presence and skill. We walk it together.
-
The Altitude Room is a deeply personal space — a co-created journey across 3, 6, 9, or 12 months, shaped around your pace, your life, and what’s ready to shift.
Typically, we meet weekly in the early stages, then bi-weekly as the work deepens, and monthly as integration takes root — always shaped by your needs and capacity.
Will this require a lot of extra time?
Not exactly. This work is intentionally designed to fit into real lives — especially busy ones. Most of the practice happens within your daily rhythm, not on top of it. We work with your world as it is, integrating reflection and embodiment into what’s already there.
You don’t need to clear your calendar — just bring your attention and willingness.
-
This work is co-created around you.
The investment begins at €700/month, with the total reflecting the length and depth of the work we do together. South African citizens can access local ZAR rates.
This isn’t about paying for sessions — it’s about entering a committed space of remembering, where you actively shape your own growth.
We’ll explore the rhythm that feels right for where you are. Monthly payment plans are available, and the conversation begins with no pressure — just space.
A small number of sponsored or pro bono places may be available for those who genuinely cannot afford the full fee. These are offered at my discretion and depend on capacity. If this applies to you, you’re welcome to get in touch to explore availability.
-
Mostly online — via GoogleMeet or Zoom — which allows us to meet across geographies and time zones.
In some cases (depending on location and capacity), we may explore in-person deep dive sessions or day retreats.
This is always discussed and arranged individually.
-
Then let’s listen to that — gently.
Sometimes we know we’re standing at the edge of something new…
and sometimes we’re still gathering our breath. If you’re feeling the quiet ache for something more aligned, you’re welcome to begin with a conversation — and move forward only if it feels right in your body, not just your mind.
-
The Altitude Room is my signature experience — the heart of my work.
At times, I also offer other personalised coaching journeys, seasonal retreats, and small group spaces.
Some of these are shared; others are arranged privately.
The best way to explore what’s possible is to book an introductory conversation, and we’ll find the rhythm and format that best fits where you are.
-
If you feel the quiet pull toward this work, the next step is simple:
we meet for a first - free- conversation. No pressure. No forms to fill out.
Just a space to feel it out together.
“Well-Being is not the fruit of something you do; it is the essence of who you are.”
