Welcome To The Altitude Room

Rise Above The Noise.
Reclaim Your Inner Compass.

  • When you’re standing at a threshold — exhausted by doing — you don’t need more noise.

    You need a space that can hold your full complexity: a structured, soul-aligned process where your sharp mind, tender heart, and quiet intuition are all welcome.

    A space where insight arises without force. Where change happens through alignment, not pressure.

    No masks. No performance. Just presence, intelligence, and truth.

    Altitude is both a physical and inner state. As you rise, the air clears.
    The mind quiets. Patterns emerge.
    And in that stillness, clarity returns — not as something imposed, but as something remembered.

    In that space, the body speaks.
    And you realign with your whole intelligence — mind, heart, and intuition — working in harmony.

    The beginning of real change.

  • Because you’re not a problem to be solved, but a whole being ready to unfold.

    This space:

    • holds your complexity with kindness and listens to the quiet intelligence within you — attuned to the rhythms of your life;

    • uncovers the root causes of your challenges and supports integration;

    • respects your analytical mind and emotional depth;

    • honors your high standards and lived wisdom;

    • helps you move from exhaustion or self-doubt into calm confidence.

    Here:

    • you find your bearings and remember it’s safe to move forward — in your own way;

    • insights arise through presence, clarity through the body, not just the mind;

    • you move forward from inner knowing — feeling clearer, calmer, and more like yourself.

    When you begin to trust yourself, everything shifts.

    Joy, aliveness, and inner beauty become your natural way of being.
    That’s where your next chapter begins.

    Rooted in science, structure, and soul, this work offers more than insight — it can be truly transformational.

  • This soul-led, five-phase process meets you where you are and guides toward to deep alignment.

    1. Clear the Fog
    Gently release overwhelm to hear your true self.
    Outcome: Relief, inner spaciousness, a sense that “something true is here.”

    2. Ground

    Outcome: Rooted yes, self-trust, inner congruence.

    3. Rise Higher
    See your life with compassionate clarity and integrate what shaped you.
    Outcome: Self-compassion, wholeness, newfound insight.

    4. Move with Wisdom
    Turn clarity into authentic, aligned steps.
    Outcome: Embodied integrity, readiness to act from truth.

    5. Live the Shift
    Anchor your knowing into rhythms and choices that sustain your transformation.
    Outcome: Sustainable congruence, expressed clarity, aliveness.

  • To walk your path you’ll receive:

    • Soulful, personalised guidance to reconnect with clarity, inner peace, and purpose

    • Nervous system and emotional care to soften stress, restore calm, release outdated pattern

    • Embodied practices to rebuild trust in yourself and attune to your natural rhythm

    • Compassionate challenge that meets you where you are and invites action rooted in integrity

    • Tools to shift from mental loops and overthinking into grounded presence

    • Space to rehearse, reflect, and remember—before bringing insight into the outer world

    • A sacred, steady container that honours your timing and innate wisdom

    What you won’t get
    No rigid plans, surface-level tools, or prescriptive formulas—no more noise in your already full life.

  • The Altitude Room draws on modern science and ancient wisdom. It’s not a model—it’s a felt experience, where insight emerges not through force, but through the intelligence of your body, your heart, and the mystery we move within. A return to connection - clarity, courageous embodiment and unapologetic aliveness.

    This evidence-based process nurtures your whole being—mind, body, spirit, and environment—honouring both your inner wilderness and your clear, strategic mind.

    Rooted in Humanism, Systems Thinking, Eastern and African philosophies, Integral Theory, Cultural and Positive Psychology, and trauma-informed, somatic, and solution-focused therapies, this integrative approach supports your personal, professional, and relational wholeness.

    Mirroring the natural arc of transformation—disorientation → embodiment → perspective → action → integration—this process invites meaningful connection and lasting change, so you can live, lead, and love from your most authentic and courageous essence.

Thresholds can feel like:

  • The quiet heaviness of grief—the kind that follows loss, change, or endings you didn’t choose.

  • The flatness of exhaustion, where nothing feels alive.

  • The disorientation of standing in the messy middle of reinvention, or life reshaping itself around you.

  • The aching question: Who am I now?
    When the life you built no longer fits—and the next step isn’t clear yet.

  • Perhaps you carry a deep sensitivity you’ve long misunderstood as a weakness, but quietly know is your guide.

  • You’re someone who’s always held it together, succeeded outwardly, helped others. But now? You’re longing for something simpler, more honest. A life that feels like yours.

  • You’re sensing you’ve outgrown the high-performing, over-functioning and people-pleasing patterns that once kept you safe.

  • You question the version of success you were told to chase.

  • You’re craving clarity, peace, beauty, and meaning.
    A deeper integrity. A quieter kind of success.

  • And above all, a space where your questions aren’t problems—but doorways.

We create change from the inside out.

Coaching - courageous space to reconnect with what truly matters - supports you in becoming more aware, more free, and more aligned with who you really are. Through deep presence and honest reflection — with mirroring, challenge, and care — it becomes a space where truth emerges and meaningful change begins.

Surfing The Waves Of Life

What if… the challenges you encounter are a true gifts? What would be different?

Surfing the waves of life.

Every challenge I encountered was a gift. Without challenges, could we grow at all? The ones I have faced have strengthened my resilience, empathy and appreciation, my ability to get back up and keep moving. I see myself as a challenger, an explorer, someone who loves to learn and share and who finds opportunities around every corner. Knowing from my own experiences the impact a coach and mentor can have, I see your potential and will challenge you to see more.

What if you Unleash Your Mind and reconnect, rebalance. What would be different? Imagine… stepping into your role with confidence, ease and grace. What would your relationships be like? How big would your influence be?

“Well-Being is not the fruit of something you do; it is the essence of who you are.”

— Michael Neill

How it works?

A three-step-approach: (1) Diagnostics: Your challenges. Your vision. (2) Deep Dive & Learning. (3) Anchoring: Reflections. Closing the gaps. Paving the path to sustainable well-being. Plus continuous support - sounding board.

The Programs

In my programmes I combine foundational intercultural knowledge with current scientific and evidence-based techniques and tools; e.g. Positive Intelligence - Mental Fitness. Positive Psychology. Embodiment Practices. Somatic Experiencing (SE™). Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness® (TSM). Emotional and Cultural Intelligence. I am not married to a particular style or tool, preferring to have a toolbox to work from to provide a customised experience. I believe that a holistic approach is key when it comes to us as people. Every person and every case is unique.

My Toolbox

The concepts I draw from in my practice come from various sciences and teachings: Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, Cultural Psychology, Behavioural and Performance Science, Eastern and African Philosophies and Intercultural Studies.

Teachers and Mentors

In my work, I draw on the research, teachings and practice of: Alan Fogel, Amanda Blake, Bessel Van Der Kolk, Brené Brown, Bayo Akomolafe, Carl G. Jung, Dan Siegel, David A. Treleaven, Doug Silsbee, Erin Meyer, Hugo Alberts, Jim Dethmer, Kristin Neff, Lisa Feldmann Barrett, Mark Walsh, Paul Raymond Gilbert, Paul Denniston, Peter Levine, Richard Schwartz, Rick Hanson, Robert Fuchs, Richard Boyatzis, Sarah McKay, Shirzad Chamine, Stephen Porges, Sophie Oluwole, Susan David, Tara Bach, Wendy Palmer...
