Coaching has changed a lot for me personally. When my coach challenges my thinking and supports me in how I want to show up without telling me what to do, I feel empowered, more motivated and curious to venture. I accompany you in finding your own unique path instead of following the existing ideas of how things "should" be.

Coaching Approach

  • My style is collaborative and grounded in deep respect for your own internal wisdom. My approach fully integrated (drawing from different sciences and teachings*), solution focused and somatic; rooted in my belief that reconnecting our mind, body and soul with nature and our culture supports our well-being. Through the study of neuroscience, we know today what many cultures have known for a very long time. Stepping into our potential involves more than cognitive learning.

  • The challenges we are facing today are complex, hence there is no-one magical solution. Coaching is a highly personal experience so everyone needs a very different approach.

  • We are working below the surface, going to the root cause of your challenges, for sustainable results. Authentic transformation is possible through a deep dive. The only way out of whatever you are feeling, whether it be confusion, frustration, anger, or anxiety is through.

Know your impact.* Every problem we have in life is the result of losing our bearings and getting caught up in the stories we tell ourselves about the world and everyone in it. The solution to every one of those problems is to settle down, regain our bearings, and find our way back home.

    Often in our performance focused culture, we lose track of the wisdom of the body, and stay stuck in repeating patterns. Given the opportunity, I’ll show you the power of movement, how to embody what you care about.

Every challenge I encountered was a gift. Without challenges, could we grow at all? The ones I have faced have strengthened my resilience, empathy and appreciation, my ability to get back up and keep moving. The Programs

In my programmes I combine foundational intercultural knowledge with current scientific and evidence-based techniques and tools; e.g. PQ Positive Intelligence - Mental Fitness. Positive Psychology. Somatic Intelligence. Embodiment Practice. Mindfulness. CQ Cultural Intelligence. I am not married to a particular style or tool, preferring to have a toolbox to work from to provide a customised experience. I believe that a holistic approach is key when it comes to us as people. Every person and every case is unique.
