From Me to You. (next page)

  • Here we pause. You bring your tangled questions, meet yourself with fresh eyes, and begin again — not through striving, but from inner knowing. This isn’t about fixing or adding, but remembering.

We meet the body, the moment, the mystery.
    We listen deeply.
    We reorient.
We move with integrity toward what’s next.

Because the answers you seek aren’t in the noise.
Because your next chapter asks for deeper kind of alignment.

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

    • Quiet strength.

    • Sustainable change—not dramatic upheaval.

    • Seeking truth through curiosity and critical thinking—questioning “shoulds” and gently challenging the status quo.

    • The power of the first conscious step.

    • Embracing what truly fits—what gives us a whole-body “yes.”

    • Courage to walk the less-traveled path with integrity.

I believe in choice—especially when we feel safe enough to claim it.
In shaping life through presence and intention.
In the quiet power of being real, of imperfection, and of gratitude.

I move with clarity, depth, and embodied awareness.

    I honour:

    • Embodied wisdom over endless thinking.

    • Sacred thresholds over quick fixes.

    • Nourishing the roots, not masking the wilt.

    • Beauty as a compass—imperfect, alive, and true.

    • Presence and authenticity over performative success.

    • Deep reconnection as the foundation for wholehearted action.

The path is yours — I create space and guide you to see, trust, embody it and act from it with courage and love.

  • Integral & Embodied
Our work draws from somatic coaching, mindfulness, integral psychology, positive intelligence, and cultural systems thinking—offering a layered, research-informed approach to transformation. Growth doesn’t happen in the mind alone. We engage body, emotion, intuition, nervous system, and environment—because real change is always embodied.

    Nature & Culture as Teachers
You are shaped by your relationships, ancestry, and surroundings. We honour this complexity, and we partner with nature as a guide—helping you root into truth and realign with rhythm.

    Trauma-Aware & Future-Focused
We hold space for the depth of your past while supporting your becoming. This isn’t about fixing who you’re not—it’s about stepping into who you’re ready to be.

    Nonlinear & Tailored
This work is a sacred unfolding. Your process sets the pace—led by truth, not urgency.

  • Wholeness Is Your Nature
Well-being isn’t something you chase—it’s what you return to. Through the rhythms of body, story, and nature, you remember the wholeness that’s always been yours.

    Your Inner Compass
Your body knows what your mind forgets. Your soul remembers. Sensations, emotions, and intuition aren’t noise—they’re guidance. We learn to listen again.

    Embodied Courage
Real bravery doesn’t begin with certainty—it begins with curiosity. This is a space to move from self-trust, not self-pressure.

Beauty - especially in imperfection - Is a Bridge
Aesthetic joy clears mental fog and softens the heart. Through nature, ritual, poetry, and art, we awaken what’s simple, sacred, and real.

    • Rhythmic, not linear – you can move in and out of phases and it allows you to lead from your own intelligence

    • Deeply intuitive, yet precise and clear

    • No forcing, no fixing, just remembering and realigning

    • Blends intellectual precision with emotional depth, somatic intuition. Unifys modern science with ancient wisdom

    • Fully Integrated: Rooted in the belief that reconnecting mind, body, and soul with nature and culture supports true well-being, healthy relationships, and authentic performance

    • Embodiment: releasing your potential involves more than cognitive learning—it requires awareness of your body and its signals, and so creates more choices

    • Root-Cause Work: We look beneath the symptoms to create lasting change

    • Solution-Focused: Define how you want to show up in the world—and take steps in your personal rhythm to get there

    • Tailormade: No cookie-cutter tools—your journey is co-created

    • Unconventional. No fluff.

We work with different tools and methods, and respond to what you uniquely need. Every person and every journey is different.

  • Mind – Cultivating Inner Clarity
This is a space to grow in self-awareness—through conscious reflection and emotional honesty.
We nurture emotional intelligence, exploring how you feel, respond, and relate. The focus isn’t on fixing, but on shifting from problem-focused patterns to grounded, compassionate clarity.

Body – Returning to Inner Ground
Your body holds wisdom your mind can’t always name. Through practices like breathwork, movement, and somatic awareness, we reconnect with the language of sensation. Here, posture, presence, and felt experience become tools for grounding, regulation, and embodied self-trust.

    Spirit – Rooted in Meaning
This is an invitation into deeper purpose. We explore what truly matters to you—your values, your questions, your connection to something greater. Through simple, inclusive practices, we align your outer path with your inner truth, creating space for meaning, belonging, and soul-led direction.

    Relationships
We don’t grow alone—we grow in connection. This work supports you in deepening how you relate, communicate, and hold space with others. Whether with family, friends, colleagues, or community, the focus is on cultivating relationships rooted in empathy, honesty, and mutual respect. Not perfect—but real, nourishing, and true.

    Nature – Remembering We Belong
Nature offers more than beauty—it brings us back to balance. Through eco-psychology and nature-based practices, we reconnect with the living world as mirror, guide, and grounding force. This work invites reflection in wild spaces, mindfulness in the everyday, and a deeper sense of belonging to something greater.

  • Woven through every session and phase—how we show up, listen, and move together.

It all began with a postcard from Mozambique…

SUKAVANA_Global_Leadership_Coaching_Wellbeing_Culture_Personal_Development

…sent by my great-uncle from one of his trips to Africa. From a young age I was fascinated by foreign places and their people, and to this day I explore the deeper layers of the world and our human experience.

My story is one of challenging the ‘status quo’ and taking the roads less travelled. I simply love the diversity of life, so it is natural to explore the unknown; new places, people and their stories and our minds - understanding human behaviour. Wanderlust and thirst for adventure led me to travel, work and study in many different places across the world. My ambition is still to travel more and work across Africa. Berlin, London, Melbourne were my home at some stage and since 2007 it is Cape Town in beautiful South Africa.

my philosophy: learn, experiment, improve, enjoy.

After 15 years in the corporate world, I decided to step out and redesign my life.

Numerous challenging experiences - both personal and professional - the difficult loss of loved ones, resistance, judgement and times of complete uncertainty, overcoming a period of depression and anxiety and starting from scratch a few times have shaped me into the person and coach I am today.

These experiences have strengthened in me the desire to support others on their path to a balanced and fulfilled life. In 2012, I discovered the power of coaching and have been training and educating myself at various international coaching institutes in different modalities ever since.

my motto: challenge the status-quo and see more opportunities.

The most crucial lesson I have learned over the years is the importance of self-awareness and self-knowledge. We do need a strong foundation. Without this foundation, no matter how positive we think we are, it becomes very difficult to withstand prolonged stress and we can simply burn out. Knowing our values and strengths, our triggers, what drives us and where we want to go, is our foundation.

I believe that we already have the best version of ourselves within us. It is often hidden under the many layers of our life experiences, influenced by the culture we live in. It is there to be unleashed. With more clarity and motivation, we can focus on what we want and stop fighting what we no longer want.

lifelong learning…

My luck in life is that my work combines much of what I love - travelling, researching, learning and sharing. I read everything I can to learn - what makes us humans feel alive, how culture and conditioning affects us - and I share my insights with you, my clients. Therefore, the programmes are a combination of my vision, expertise and experiences (such as fascinating insights into other cultures) gained during my more than 25 years as an expatriate and in international business.

My VIA Strengths Bravery, Honesty, Love of Learning, Appreciation of Beauty & Excellence, Curiosity, Hope & Perseverance…

SUKAVANA

The meaning of SUKAVANA is love. Love for people and precious places in this world; a combination of letters from names of people and places I have learnt from and deeply appreciate; a name born during a time of deep exploration and search for meaning... the result is gratitude, appreciation, love = SUKAVANA.

You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf…
